As we are dealing with Prevention & human lives there will be always be difference between perspective and delivery.
Long lasting relationship with the customer is our main focus.
The customer can send the grievance to us in writing and giving detailed information through our website / email / Fax / courier.
Grievances handing process :-
- Any compliant received at branch / HO will given acknowledgement within 24 hours.
- All grievances of walking customers will be acknowledged immediately.
- Satisfactory reply will be given to each grievance in 18 working days.
- If reply not given in 18 working days then, customer has right to approach Marketing Department based at HO Pune directly.
- Head of customer care will respond grievance within 24 hours of receipt.
