Yes, you can make payment in bank and attach cash/cheque slip to the joining form as a proof of payment, or through DD. The DD should be drawn in favour of Indus Healthplus (P) Ltd., payable at Pune only.
You wil receive the kit and silver card within 7 days after clearance of payment. Kits and cards are sent by post or courier on your residential address.
